 We would like to use ipython1 as the basis for our asynchronous task
 interfaece. Currently this will be on a single host, and we require that
 each user have his own controller & engines. While there was a flag for
 setting the engine-port, there were other ports that need to be
 specifiable. This patch adds the ability to specify these ports.
