 While looking trough the ipython source I found the following licensing
 issues:


 * IPython/external/simplegeneric.py is licensed under PSF or ZPL, but it's
 not mentioned in the file.[[BR]]
 * IPython/Debugger.py: You can't change the license to BSD if the source
 comes from Python, PSF is the appropriate license here.
