 The canonical URL for this trac instance seems to start with
 projects.scipy.org. However, redirects from logging in or submitting a
 ticket (and probably others) redirect to ipython.scipy.org, which sort of
 works but looks odd because the JS and CSS files aren't reachable.

 The fix *may* be to change the "url" setting under the "[project]" section
 in trac.ini, depending how you have things set up.
