 Well, I'm not sure how to describe this.  I just installed Fedora 7 x86_64
 on my box, installed iPython and then tried to use it.  I got the first-
 time bit, and then did an exit() at In [1]: and the program got caught in
 an infinite loop of exceptions and source it seemed.

 I submitted the bug report as requested and have attached the crash report
 here.

 Some info is:

 kernel 2.6.22.5-76.fc7
 ipython-0.7.2-4.fc7.noarch
