 A while back Fernando created a lot a nice testing utilities in
 ipython1/sandbox/snakeoil and ipython1/ipython1/testutils.  Meanwhile we
 have decided to begin using nose.  Many of the things that are in snakeoil
 and testutils are already in nose.  Someone needs to go through snakeoil
 and testutils and see if anything there needs to be ported over to nose
 (probably nose plugins).
