  * priority:  normal => highest
  * severity:  normal => blocker

Comment:

 This is not just about autoexec - with -q4thread, _ip.runlines() refuses
 to work. This means that e.g. macros will hang IPython! The
 MTInteractiveShell needs some rethinking...
