[IPython-user] Easy killing of foreground tasks

Now, when IPython hangs, you just launch another IPython and write
%kill. No longer do you have to kill the whole IPython session and
lose your work, or find the right process to kill in task manager...

This has been tested on win32, but is implemented for unix as well.
